CANCELLATION POLICY: Because we are a small B&B, cancellations, changes in reservation dates or refunds for late arrivals or early departures are not permitted. No-Shows will be charged for the full scheduled stay.; We kindly refund deposits up to 15 days from arrival less a $35 cancellation fee per room. After this time we can only refund deposit provided we resell the nights covered by the reservation less the cancellation fee. For cancellations with less than 48 hours notice from the check-in date, the full reservation will be charged.; All cancellation refunds will be processed within 7 business days of notice.
